How would we move the search box for our website to appear at the top of the page for mobile? It can either be a part of the header or go right under the header. In other words, we'd like it to appear right before the page content instead of at the bottom of the page like it currently does. Thank you.

For clarity, how are you currently adding this Search Box?
Moreover, do also have the Mobile Header active in Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header?
