Loading page by page

Hi
Just wondering if it's possible to achieve the same loading/scrolling style as Tesla's website
( using GP
I'm not sure what the way the pages load is referred to. In Teslas home page, when you scroll down it scrolls page by page, on the left side it shows 5 bars corresponding to each page.
Would love to get help with that if feasible with GP and hear your thoughts.

you would need to integrate something like fullPage.js

Any other alternatives? I don't know how to write any html.
Might be worth checking if any of the page builders have this functionality.
