Loading Error gp-premium

Hello
I bought gp-premium (06/24/2020) but I have an error loading it.
This is the error:

"El paquete no pudo ser instalado. Al tema le falta la hoja de estilo style.css.
Error en la instalación del tema. "

I'm using wordpress 5.4.1

your help please.
