Loading delay for posts on homepage

Hi,
It takes a few seconds before the posts load on the homepage here,
Earlier it took much more time, but it has reduced after I installed some caching plugins, so its not related to cache.
Is there any animation applied to it? I can't find it in the css.
Basically I want all posts on homepage and archive pages to load immediately with the page.
How can I do it?

Hi there,
you have the Masonry option enabled. This calculates and resizes each post on load to fit the available screen size. The animation is part of that process. The only way to have them load without the animation is to disable Masonry.
