Load Youtube Thumbnails in Post Excerpts

Hi, I want to have an overview of video feedbacks on my website here: https://drdotzauer.de/erfahrungen
It's a list of pages such as:
https://drdotzauer.de/erfahrungen/ole
https://drdotzauer.de/erfahrungen/stefan
https://drdotzauer.de/erfahrungen/andrea
I managed to set it up with the WP Show Posts Plugin, but would love to show the Youtube video thumbnails in the excerpts on https://drdotzauer.de/erfahrungen. Currently it just shows text. How do I do that?
If that does not work - what would be a good workaround for (for example) showing an image of the person in the page excerpt without messing up the page (such as https://drdotzauer.de/erfahrungen/andrea) itself?

WordPress strips HTML in excerpt by default.
The wordaround would be the more tag: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-more-tag/
