My website load time is around 8 s. Thats not good ;) Do you hear this more often?
Maybe you know why? Or an solution? I can send you a print screen of pingdom.com if you want.

This is most likely due to the amount of YouTube videos you have on the page - they can really slow down your website when there's more than a couple.
Either way, if you're concerned, I would try a plugin like W3 Total Cache, and even ask your hosting if they have any built in caching etc..
