Hello support,
Load More Infinite Scroll -
When you hit the Load More button it loads more posts with the styling set in the customiser.
How do I keep the styling I set for posts on archive pages in GP Elements?
Thank you and best regards,
Paul
Hi there,
Any chance you can link us to the page in question?
You can use the private information field:

Let me know :)
Hi Leo,
Thank you for a quick reply and I'm happy to share an example page in the private information field.
Best regards,
Paul
The viewing access did not work for me.
Can you confirm?
Hi Leo,
Sure, no problem, I can share it again. Maybe I made a typo.
Best regards,
Paul
Something is quite odd for sure.
Can you disable all plugins except GP premium and GenerateBlocks to eliminate any conflicts?
Hi Leo,
My client has switched off all plugins except for GP premium and GenerateBlocks to eliminate any conflicts.
Let me know if you need further access to the backend and I can discuss it with my client.
Thank you and best regards,
Paul
My client has switched off all plugins except for GP premium and GenerateBlocks to eliminate any conflicts.
It doesn't look like it as I'm still seeing WP Rocket in the source code.
I would recommend starting a staging site for debugging if this is a live site with traffic.
Hi Leo,
Sharing a Loom with you. I'll try deleting the CSS in the customiser and check if that does anything to help.
EDIT: CSS deleted no change.
To the best of my knowledge, this is a staging site and on a subdomain. But I will check with my client.
Best regards,
Paul
It wouldn't be a CSS issue.
We will need to see the site without any plugins activated except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks.
Ok, I am working on getting a screenshot of the plugin page.
Did you get the Loom link ok and did it give insight into the issue at all?
Thank you.
Screenshots and videos don't help for issues like this one unfortunately.
We have not seen this issue before so I doubt it's a problem on our end. We will need to go through the debugging steps as I suggested above.
Ok, no problem, I am attaching the screenshot.
CLient says he had problems this week with WP Rocket caching even when it was deactivated. Will deleting it help?
Doesn't look like deleting it helped as I'm still seeing it in the source code.
Your client might need to check with the hosting support to make there is no server-level caching or optimization activated.
No problem, I've forwarded the message, and get back to you tomorrow with an update.
