[Support request] Little bit of changes on search site library template

I just uploaded the GP premium search template for my website agency and it is looking great. However, the core web vitals increased dramatically. Before, I was using the generatepress free template and CLS and LCP was fine, but with this new GP premium search template I bought 5 hours ago, it has gone high.
I need assistance with three things.
1. The title, is there a way I can use a normal font instead of the thick font type that is there
2. The background colour/image ( light blue), I do not want it, I just want it to be normal plain white background. I guess this is affecting the LCP and CLS.
3. Is there a way the distance between the beginning of the article and the topic can be close a little bit; the gap is too wide. I wish i can just screenshot so that the team can see what I am trying to say here. the site in question is mamzansi.com ( just try and view in on the mobile device).

Any helpful feedback will be highly appreciated.

The H1, it is like it is bolden. Is there a way I can make it light and not to look bold? Secondly, light blue background on which the titles of each blog post rest on, I want it to be off, there should not be any light blue background. Thanks leo

Thank you Leo, I got that sorted. The last question is this, there is large space between the writers name and the commencement of my write up.
I followed earlier instruction on how I removed the blue background, I saw padding, I even reduced the bottom padding from the default 100 to 25, it changed a little bit. When I changed it lesser, it went up, but was overriding the date and writers name. Is there a way to reduce this large space. It is too much, especially when you view it on the mobile.

NB: I have even reduced the top padding from the default 160 to around 120, and what you are seeing is the present status.
