Links not working on home page of a bilingual website using Hooks

Hi there,
I am currently working on a website for a client. I have used Polylang to do a bilingual web site.
In the hook location "after header content", I've added a link that goes to another page.
My issue is: on both home page, the link doesn't work but does on the other pages.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

You have negative top margin added in the Elementor slider which is blocking the link:
