Links not working in mobile view in columns

Hi
I have a block of 6 icons on the homepage (in the section headed 'ActivZone Gym, Guildford, in a Nutshell') - I am using the columns plugin. The icons link correctly when in full screen mode but not in tablet or mobile view. They display correctly but do not act as links.
I can't work out what's going on.
I'd be grateful for any help.
