Links are not opening in New Tab

Well, Even though Open Link in New Tab is clicked all links are opening in the same windows.
Once I Publish the post the Checked Box of "Open Link in New Tab" goes unchecked.
I'm not using any kind of Optimization Plugin.
I Tried everything. Seems the Problem is with the Thrive Architect. I forget to mention I'm using Thrive Architect in my site.
Thats odd - you may need to raise this with Thrive, i can't see what GP would do to effect this and my little experience of Thrive hasn't had this issue.
Did you deactivate each plugin in one by one? As there is a chance that another plugin is conflicting. Might be worth trying it with just Thrive installed.
