Link on thumbnail if post have link type

I have some posts wich have the link type, so the title redirect to the URL provided (external).

But if I click on the thumbnail in post list, it redirect to the detail of the article, I expect the thumbnail to also redirect to the external URL provided.

Is it possible ?
