Guys,
Yes I'm a total speed freak but I'm trying to get my Desktop PageSpeed score over 90 (it's currently 89).
PageSpeed Insights is asking me to serve images in next gen format - which I am, but there are a couple of files it's referencing that are on gpsites.co

Hi there,
select the right hand column in the home page hero section and then check the Elementors background image settings.
Yes, I've done that and checked again and it's set to:

Hi Richard,
PNG files aren’t files considered next gen format. Try using a WebP image instead.
Reference: https://web.dev/uses-webp-images/#why-serve-images-in-avif-or-webp-format
There are also plugins that convert images to WebP, however, not all plugins convert background images as well: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/convert+webp/
You may try which suits you best. I think the Pro version of smush can convert images to WebP locally now.
You can also do this manually by converting them yourself, then reuploading them.
Hope this clarifies. :)
