Last year, I opened a topic:
    https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/how-to-get-rid-of-this-white-line-under-header-image/

At the time, the answer helped me get rid of the errant line. But now I have a new site, with another line, and I’m having the same problem — using the “inspect element” feature on my browser doesn’t help, and the solution that worked for me last year isn’t getting rid of the line between the header image and the nav bar. Can you take a look and see if there’s a fix for this annoying line? Thank you!!

    Hi there,

How are you adding that image?

Maybe try adding that as a site logo and set all the header padding to 0?

The reason I did not do it as a logo is because I need to have a different header image on one page of the site, and reading through GP’s documentation, it looks like hooks/elements are the only way to do that.

You can actually use this filter to switch out the logo for that one page:

Let me know if this helps πŸ™‚

Yay — that worked!! Thanks for the suggestion; I’ll use this in the future when I need a separate header on certain pages of a site.
