line spaces in paragraphs

Hi - I want to write an paragraph with carriage returns in but whenever I try to do that I get a new paragraph (with the line space in). For example on the website where there is the line "10 am Freedom from Overload" I would like there not to be a blank line before the following paragraph.

if you convert that Text block to a GenerateBlocks Headline block then you can set it to P and in the Spacing settings set the Bottom Margin to 0

As a note - i suggest only using the Headline blocks when you need to break from theme styles :)
