Line height issue between two container blocks in post template

Two container blocks in my post template are set to 0 for padding and margins on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Container headlines are also set with padding and margins to 0.
I've adjusted line heights (set to 1em)
I've cleared cache
I've played with adjusting the size of an icon.

I can't figure out how to move the container block that has "1 min read" up higher.
