Limit Posts feed by catagory

Is there a way to limit the number of posts that show up in a category? It appears there is only one option to control this in Settings. The problem is that when using Video, the height of the video thumbnail is causing blank spots in my Side Bars. It would be nice if there was a way to control each categories news feed. Any ideas?
