Hello there,
I use Social Warfare plugin for 1 Big reason:
Share Recovery
If at any point you have changed permalink structures or have gone from http to https (SSL) then you will have undoubtedly lost all of your share counts. This tool allows you to recover them. See this guide for more detailed instructions on how to use this feature.
Question: Can I use Lightweight Social Icons and setup any option Share Recovery?
I have 19 plugins installed on my website and I need to remove at least 10 plugins.
Here my plugin BIG list:

LSI doesn't have a sharing count feature so there is no way to implement recovery?

No.
Can I implement this feature in LSI?
No - LSI is a simple plugin that allows you to add icons which link to your social media account. It doesn't have any sharing options.
