Lightweight Social Icons Replacement?

I am working on a site for a client of mine and imported a site setup from the Site Library, and while everything is working great (As expected :) ), the Lightweight Social Icons plugin that is installed as part of this package hasn't been updated in a while.

And while there are no issues with the plugin working, it is missing some social networks such as TikTok. I was curious if anyone knew of a more updated drop-in replacement that could be used that would include updated services/icons, otherwise I think I will just have to manually hardcode the icons/links into the site which I would like to avoid.
