Lightweight Social Icons jQuery Not Changing Placeholder Text

Hi Tom and Team,
I've installed Lightweight Social Icons, but somehow the jQuery that changes the placeholder for email, Skype, and phone doesn't change. Since I'm a bit noobish when it comes to JS and jQuery, I'd like to ask if you would be so kind to look at this.

Not sure if I fully understand.
So you are modifying the plugin?
I wouldn't recommend that unless you are very comfortable with coding.
