I hope this is a simple answer, I'm sure it is! I added the widget to the header. Selected that I wanted to show the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter buttons. I don't see where to enter the URLs?

That's what I would have thought, too. On my version there is no place for them to enter it. I can send you a picture, if you'd like? I just took a snag of the screen, but doesn't look like I can attach it here.
Can you test it with a different browser?

That worked! Google Chrome did not display the boxes to enter the URL. Firefox does. Thank you so very much!!
That's weird since I'm using Chrome as well. Maybe check if your chrome is up to date?
