Hello,
Sorry for noob question.
Can I use Lightweight Grid Columns with Sections add-on. I need to use the really simple layout on pages without having to use a bloated page builder.

Yes Lightweight Grid Columns work inside sections. You can either directly write the short codes or the button on the TinyMCE can add them in for you.
