You would have to use CSS (or JS, depending on the effect).

I am interested in the same effect in WP show post Pro but in Lightweight Grid Columns.

Ok for the background but i have a image on my cell and it’s a problem, do you understand ?

You can inspect how it was done in WP Show Posts, however it likely won’t be an easy thing to achieve in Lightweight Grid Columns.
