Life Member license code results in endless spin

Hi when I install the GP Premium plugin after the theme, I then tried to activate with the license code. It does not accept NOR reject. But the button goes into a ENDLESS loop.
1. Disabled browser plugins (chrome) cleared cache.
2. Tried MS Edge
3. deactivated GP plugin then reactivated
4. uninstalled plugin then reinstalled
5. Repeat #4 but used NON-life member plugin with nonlife member license code (I am a life member but doesn't work)
6. This site is on a local host for testing. Using Desktop Server by Server press. No problem with other test sites of other themes.

Let's clarify a few things:
On the test you did, are you saying that both the Lifetime license key and the Yearly license key isn't working ONLY on the locally hosted site?
If this is the case then the issue is likely w/ ServerPress. In this case, it's best to ask ServerPress support if they have a setting that may be potentially blocking communication from external sources to the deployed locally hosted sites. :D
