License is not getting activated

hi sir, i am not able to activate the GP premium with the license key, its just keep spinning when i click save, tried twice. Can you please help me in this? please see the image below.
Hi there,
can you try rebuilding permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking save.
