yes but they will not reply early on the weekend

Do you think the servers are blocking your domain name?

It could be. We would need to take it one step at a time.

You can still use the plugin normally without the license key though - it's simply for auto updates :)

Are you using the custom permalink structure?

If so can you switch it to Plain to test first?

Can you go to wp-content/debug.log and share the debugging information with us?

There is no such filename in the wp-content directory, and i just installed wordpress
