[Support request] Licence key not working

    Just purchased the Pro Generate Press. I can see where the licence key needs to go and by default there are lots of stars. The red x does not delete these stars. When I paste the licence key and click update I get an invalid licence message!

    I can give you login details if you like but cannot see any safe area to enter sensitive information.

    Hi Gary,

    Not too sure what you meant the red x does not delete these stars? You should be able to double click on the License Key field and delete the default stars.

    Then head to Account > View Licenses and double click on the key field and make sure you copy and paste the entire thing.

    Give it another shot and let me know if it works out 🙂

    The red X simply means the license key is not activated – it doesn’t do anything when clicked.

    Make sure when you copy your license key you aren’t copying any extra spaces etc..
