Licence key activation problmes - 403 error message

Hello, I cannot activate my premium licence key
I have followed all steps to download the zip doc plugin but when I copy / paste the key in Appearance > GeneratePress > Licenc Key, I have an 403 error message saying "403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key."
Can someone tell me what's wrong ?

Can you check with your hosting support to make sure that you are able to communicate with generatepress.com?
The free theme and the premium plugin will both work without an active license key - the license key is for auto-updates.
