Hi there,
can you check with your host to make sure your server can reach generatepress.com?
If so can you provide your IP address so we can check it's not blocked on our end?
Thanks!
Hello Leo,
I check with them, they don't know what is the issue. my host is OVH.
Please find my IP : 51.91.236.193
We've been getting a lot of issues with OVH and there isn't a solution right now unfortunately.
See this post from Tom for more info:
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/gp-premium-activation-issue/
You can keep the license key deactivated and still use all the options from GP premium.
Just need to update manually when updates are available.
Hello,
ok thanks. I see. In the future if i do the manual update it will not erase my setup already in place ?
Best regards,
Nope - the process is actually exactly the same in manual update and auto update :)
