LH consulting theme - Over Scroll Issue

hi,

when I add an anchor link to a heading to my page, it over scrolls (the heading got cut off), can you help me figure out how to fix this?

Hi there,

Does the table of contents plugin have a Smooth Scroll option?
If so can it be disabled.

Then enable the GP smooth scroll in Customizer > General.
Then add the function provided here:

This will enable the smooth scroll to all # anchors and will offset the scroll position to consider the sticky navigation.
