LEXIMUM - can't chage the color of the MENU

How are You?
I have a liute stupid problem: I changed on https://www.leximum.strona22.pl/
like any time the colors (in Customize colors) of the MENU (now is there #f1c40f)
but on the website nothing happend.
Do You know why?

You have a merged header element added on the home page which I don't think it's intended or necessary:

Can you remove that first?
