Legacy system column issue

I'm having a strange issue on this page:
The text column on mobile doesn't display all the content. Cuts it off.
I've not changed any settings to something odd and have been using the legacy grid / column setting for years and have not encountered this.
The content of the column along with padding determines the height of that column but apparently not any longer.
I just can't figure out how to get all the content in the right column to show on mobile
I've not set min / max height because I didn't have to do that before.
Is that required now? Or is perhaps something else?

That's strange indeed - I can't identify any obvious issues.
Any chance you can try #1 here so I can have a cleaner look without any potential conflicts from other plugins?

Please start a staging site if this is a live site with traffic as well - we haven't received other similar reports so further debugging might be needed.

I've created a staging site and deactivated all plugins but GP and GBlocks and the issue persists.
I'll post access to the staging site in the private information area.

Can you disable the other non-GP plugins on this staging site as well to test?
The only plugins active are GP / GB other than the force login plugin, which protects it from Google
That plugin isn't installed on the live site so pretty sure it has nothing to do with the issue.

the parent Container Block ( with the beach rocks background ) on Mobile has:
Sizing > Height set to 140vh.
Background > Pseudo element, which on the legacy Container Block adds overflow: hidden to the Container.
Adjust the Sizing > Height as that is the main issue
