Legacy Page Header for Elements

I could easily add a full width image across top of page content with page headers. Now I can't figure it out with Elements. On other sites where I had earlier versions of GeneratePress there is a Legacy Page Header. On a new site I don't have it. Is there a way I can add the Legacy Page Header? I really don't like the Elements as it can't do what I could easily do with the Page Header. Frustrating. Please help.

Sorry to hear the frustration.
The header element offers all options from the page header plus more.

I don't see a header element on the home page.
