left-padding for slider on cell phone

Hi,
I added a slider to the top of my page (see private information) with a siteorigin widget, on cell phones I'm getting an unwanted left-padding of approx. 10px. I contacted first siteorigin support, they answered:
This spacing is being added by your theme.
Can you help me to get rid of that spacing?

I just added 10px mobile-padding right, so that the slider is centered, but it should stretch full width...

I don't believe they are correct.
The margin-left: 10px; is the issue and this isn't something added by GP:
