[Support request] Leave comment filed before comments

Hi,

I am using GPP and at the bottom of my posts, the field for people to leave comments is below all the previous comments. This means that on some posts people have to scroll through hundreds of previous comments to get to the field to leave a new comment.

Is there a way to show the leave comment field above the previous comments?
