Hi,
First of all, thank you for this amazing theme.
I have been testing GP for a few days and I am wondering if there is any path to learn GP using the official documentation. How do we have to start using GP?

I would start by going through all the "overview" documentation (search keyword overview).
Then there are some intro videos on our channel as well:
