"Learn More" button and Excerpts

Hi, I've made some design changes to my podcast episodes (example: https://womenconquerbiz.com/lately/) that result in the excerpt displaying the subscribe info over and over on the blog pages.

When I add the manual excerpt, to fix that, then the "Learn More" button disappears from the blog pages (example: https://womenconquerbiz.com/business-blog/page/5/ -- see "Woman-Led Startup Raises $3 Million with Kate Bradley Chernis").

Is there a way to get the button to show up on the blog pages after adding the manual excerpt?

It looks funny to have some with a button and some without. Or, do I need to remove the buttons altogether from the blog pages.
