Lead form not centered on mobile

Hi,
I'm trying to build a landing page lead magnet. Everything looks well except for the lead form, which is half visible on mobiles. 50% is outside the screen and 50% is aligned on the left part of the screen.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?
