lcp & speed index improvement

I’m using a lazy load plugin that doesn’t have a field to exclude the logo.
Sometimes my LCP turns Orange and sometimes the Speed Index is orange, I would like both to be Green.
Can you please check out my site and advise me on how to improve my PageSpeed Score?
