LCP - move featured image

Hi,
we have heavily optimised our sites but still run into issues with LCP.

The LCP is caused by the featured image (we already skipped the lazy load).

I don't think, that we can do much more. Maybe you see something that I am missing?

On other sites I saw them moving the featured image further down within the post, so it is not above the fold. My question: Would that help and is it possible to e.g. show the featured image above e.g. the first h2?
