layout shrank

I changed container size on appearances-layout-container width. set to 1200px. everything was okay but a few hours later, the container looks shrank. I changed width again, on preview it seems alright but it's not changing width.
Can you help me to fix this issue?

I have noticed some of the category pages show the correct size of 1200px but once I made any change on the article or page, it shrank.
also, noticed if I change the structure from flexbox to float. it seems it fixes the issue. however, it was okay with flexbox before, not sure what happened. hoping I can stick with flexbox(I heard that is better).

Looks like you have some conflicting CSS.
Can you disable any caching plugins and Autopimize so I can take a closer look at the code?

Can you disable all plugins to test?
Looks like it's coming from something called Gutentor-dynamic-css.
You are awesome. After disabled the below plugin. It fixed the issue.
Better to stay away from that plugin.
