Layout parameters by default

Hi there from Germany,
I know that I have a choice of parameters on each individual age or post.
But I do not find the place to make these parameters side wide,... for the whole instalation. I may have seen it in the past,...
Where can I regulate this in the customizer, Post titel on off, etc. ?

Hi there,
there isn't a global setting in the customizer for disable elements.
However the new GP Premiumum 1.7 (release candidate.2) has a new module called Elements, which does this and much more. Here's Tom demonstrating it:
