[Support request] layout like twentyfifteen with second menu

Hi great team,
I want to create a layout for a site like twentyfifteen (left fixed sidebar) and on top of a page a small header with secondary menu.

So:

It would be great if the left fixed sidebar is small because I want to use it for icons.

The sidebar header layout is something I want to add to the theme.

With your link and helpful info I almost have made the site like I want.
Only the top bar is a wish. You think that could also be possible?
