    Hello,

    I added the layout to display below the header, and after that, my menu items shifted downwards. Please see the image below.

    You can either use a header element or a hook element with generate_after_header hook to do that.

    The navigation location wouldn’t change the position when you do that unless you’ve changed it in the element itself:
