Layout customization has no effect

Hello,
I have this weird problem with couple websites that use GeneratePress. When I customize layout section, it doesn't change anything. It leaves everything exactly the same as it was in demo content. For example, here are my setting for a blog page http://prntscr.com/uytkmh and these settings supposed to hide post author, date and image, however, all of those elements are still present. http://www.tip-topreviews.com/read-post/
I have same problem with another website that uses different site from the GeneratePress library.
Hi there,
The customizer option doesn't control the content added in a header element.
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Elements and edit the Blog Posts Headers.
Then remove {{post_date}} by {{post_author}}.
