Hi,
I want to have a slider on my FrontPage (full-width) and a sidebar and main content underneath.
Like this:
HEADER
NAV
---- SLIDER ----
CONTENT -> SIDEBAR
FOOTER
Is it anyone who can help me?
Thanks :)
Hi there,
you can use either the Hook Element or the Header Element:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/elements-overview/
If you use the Hook element then use the after header hook.
Hi David,
happy for the advice - turns up in my own server (mamp), turns up in my wp-administration,
but not in any browser ONLINE.
What did I do wrong??
Need some help, thank you!

Have you set the correct Display Rules Location for it to be displayed?
I guess: complete site except the imprint. I chose for the "role" admin.
it's a short code for the slick-carousel-slider
have a look online: https://www.sozialdienst-tuerkenfeld.de
Setting the Role to Admin will remove that for any user that is not logged in as an admin.
You don't need to set a role.
Aaaaah! THANKS!
You're welcome
That was a misunderstanding: I thought, the Roles are for working inside the WP-CMS and exclude/include only the editing-areas.
Thanks a lot!
