According to your change log, GP is at version 1.3.41.
So I decided to buy an updated copy, because my license is for version 1.2.92. However, the download link I get after purchase is still version 1.2.92. Where can I get 1.3.41?

You are using the most recent GP Premium (add-ons) which is 1.2.92.
Most recent version of GP (theme) is 1.3.41 which you can update through your dashboard.
