I am using the Health theme. My home page displays latest blog posts at the bottom (exactly like theme template). Something happened and now it just shows a shortcode where the blog posts used to be. The shortcode is [wp_show_posts id=”4159″]. I found the shortcode documention but it is a bit over my head. Not sure how to fix this.

Can you go to Plugins > Installed Plugins, and check if WP Show Posts is installed and activated?
You nailed it. That was the problem.
I mistakenly deactivated it yesterday (whoops)
