Good afternoon. I have just renewed the premium license for one year, at the suggestion of your email, but the version available to download and install (1.10.0) are the same as I already had installed. Then should I do nothing, is this correct? Thank you.

Yes that's correct - just make sure that your auto-update is still activated then there is no action needed:
