[Resolved] Last updated date on posts without link to the post itself

I followed a guide on this page to add last updated date to the blog posts https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/displaying-last-updated-date-time-on-posts/#post-434328

It works great, but I noticed that the last updated date text is linking to the post itself.
Is there a way to disable the link and just show the date as a plain text?
